Notice needs to reach us at least 30 days before your next billing date. The 3-month minimum still applies.
Your website comes with you
You get your complete website: the code plus all the text and photos on it. It's handed over once your account is paid in full.
We delete our copies
We delete our copies of your information, photos and content within 30 days of your cancellation date.

What happens next
- When it takes effect: notice needs to reach us at least 30 days before your next billing date. If that date is 30 or more days away, your plan ends then and you won't be charged again. If it's sooner, there's one more monthly payment, and your plan ends at the following billing date. If you're still in your 3-month minimum, the minimum still applies.
- Confirmation by email: we'll reply within 2 business days with your end date. Keep the reference number above.
- Your website: once your account is paid in full, you get your complete website: the code plus all the text and photos on it. We delete our copies of your information, photos and content within 30 days of your cancellation date.
- Changed your mind? Email us before your end date.
