Everything is on this page: setup, the monthly price, included Seeds and what extra pages cost. If you ask for something that isn't listed, we quote it before any work starts.
Standard
Your $399 setup covers building your site AND your first month. Your first $139 payment is one month after launch.

Prices in US dollars. Your $399 setup covers building your site (including 2 design revision rounds) and your first month. Your first $139 payment is one month after launch, then on the same day each month. 3-month minimum: $677 total ($399 + 2 × $139). Domain registration is paid by you, directly to your registrar, so it always stays in your name.

Bigger site?
16–30 pages are +$50/month. Over 30 pages, we quote it.
Footer credit
A small "Website built and cared for by PageOrchard" credit is on by default. You can have it removed for $10/month.
Adding pages
Standard includes up to 7 pages. Need more? Page prices are the same before and after launch.

A page is a separate web address on your site with its own content. Sections on one page, your privacy page and individual news posts don't count as extra pages.
The fine print, in plain English
What counts as a Seed
One Seed is one small update, like new hours, a swapped photo or an edited section. Seeds reset on each billing date. Your service agreement spells it out.
3-month minimum
After the first 3 months, cancel anytime with our online cancellation form, with notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. No phone call needed.
1-year price lock
Your monthly price stays the same for your first year.
Take your site with you
If you leave after launch, once your account is paid in full, you get your complete website: the code plus all the text and photos on it. We delete our copies of your information, photos and content within 30 days of your cancellation date.
No surprise charges
Anything outside your plan gets a written quote first. You decide before we start.

Have us review and publish, or approve each change yourself first. Either way, a real person (not a bot) checks it.
